My experience of buying a home with Sam was easy and smooth! She’s sweet and knowledgeable, she make you feel very comfortable around her. The first house I had my eyes on did not work out, so when another one that fitted my likings was put on the market, Sam immediately notified me. I was able to make decision quickly and eventually became a homeowner of the place. There is not enough good things that I can say about Samantha to describe how easy she made buying my home. This was the 4th time I had ever purchased a home and by far the easiest. I have her pretty much a couple weeks to get me locked into a place before I sold my last place. Not only did she find me the perfect space but she did it in record time! I was able to get me keys a week earlier then I thought and now I am a week ahead with my renovation. Not only was she the sweetest person but it feels like she really cares about her clients. She went above and beyond and gave me a lot of ideas on what to do with my new space. If I could give her 100 star review I would.
